UUCC meeting schedule and deadlines

The University Undergraduate Curriculum Committee meeting schedule for the academic year is provided below.

The usual meeting day for the UUCC is the third Thursday of the month, but there are a number of exceptions to accommodate breaks in the academic calendar.

2026-27 schedule

Please note:

1. All Curriculum items must be approved by schools/colleges by December 2026  and also reach the UUCC step in CIM workflow for a January or February 2027 UUCC vote for inclusion in the 2027-2028 Bulletin. 
2. Curriculum approved in the January and February 2027 UUCC meetings will be effective for the 2027-2028 Bulletin unless designated in CIM for the 2028-2029 Bulletin.
3. Curriculum approved in the March and April 2027 UUCC meetings will be effective for the 2028-2029. Bulletin. Exceptions will only be granted for clerical errors or in the case of a university-level initiative.
